Right of withdrawal

This instruction applies to contracts you conclude as a consumer directly with Simon Cornehl — that is, the consulting packages you pay for yourself.
If you book AVGS-funded coaching, the contract is not with me but with the training provider avalia. Their terms and their withdrawal instruction apply, and you receive them when you register there.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the point at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
If you want the consulting to start immediately
Often you don't want to wait fourteen days — you want to start. That is possible; you only have to request it expressly. We then begin at once, and in the event of withdrawal you pay proportionately for what has been provided up to that point.
Once the consulting has been provided in full and you agreed to the early start, the right of withdrawal expires (§ 356 (4) BGB, German Civil Code). I point this out to you expressly beforehand, and you confirm it in the consulting contract.
