What happens in the 30 minutes
- You describe your situation: what is working, what isn't, what you have tried
- I ask about numbers, clients and your offer — the uncomfortable ones first
- You get an honest assessment, even when it is: you don't need me
- If it fits, we discuss the route: AVGS-funded or paying yourself
What does not happen: sales pressure, artificial scarcity, an offer that is only valid today. If you want to think about it afterwards, you think about it.
What to bring
- Your revenue figures for the last six to twelve months, roughly is fine
- An idea of what you need each month to live well
- The two or three things that bother you most
